The cord blood is packaged with special shipping materials provided in the Kit. Pickup and delivery of the cord blood to the laboratory would be within 48 hours of collection, where it is processed, tested, separated and the stem cells are cryogenically stored. We arrange for a medical courier to pick the unit up from your hospital bedside and transport it to the processing laboratory. Our state-of-the-art processing and cryopreservation facility is open seven days a week, weekends, and holidays.
